2011 ford escape with tailgate window leak

royal oak ford and ford don't seem to care

ford claims no control over dealers (yeah, right)

dealer just arrogant

lots of self serving bla bla

no interest in solving or investigating a warranty issue

don't buy a ford, or buy from royal oak ford

they don't care, and just want to pretend they care

this company and dealer are just bad

also, don't trust their coupons and promotions, they are just scams...they ripped me of on an oil change

when you complain to dealer, all they do is say they were right and i was wrong 1287165

I feel the same way , they got your money and they don't care about you. I bought a 2012 F150 and a few days later i was cleaning the wheels and found a damaged wheel, took it to the dealer and they would not help. The wheel is only worth about 350 dollars. So what is there prob. I bought the ford because i thought they were the only manufacture that didnt need a bailout. Now i know why, they rip us consumers off.My truck only had 400 miles on it
